Step 1 - Install the Apple Health app on your iPhone (iOS only).
Step 2 - Open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to Privacy & Security, then Motion & Fitness. Toggle the switch next to Fitness Tracking to the OFF position.
Step 3 - Install the Mi Fit app and pair your Mi Band device.
Step 4 - In the Mi Fit app, tap the Play button at the bottom of the screen and go to Add Accounts to link Apple Health.
Step 5- Install the Walkingspree app. Open the app, tap the menu icon, go to "My Devices," and tap "Connect" next to Apple Health.
NOTE: The Mi Fit app does not automatically or consistently sync with Apple Health. To ensure your steps are recorded correctly, you must open the Apple Health app to confirm the data has synced. Always sync your Mi Fit and Walkingspree apps at the end of each day to avoid losing any step data.
