If you're unable to recover your device, you can purchase a new Fitbit through our Online store. Walkingspree may offer discounts on Fitbit devices, and your employer might also provide an additional subsidy to help with the purchase.
In the meantime, you can use your mobile phone to track your steps by using Google Fit on Android or Apple Health on iOS.
Please note that based on our data, users who rely on mobile phones tend to log approximately 2,000 fewer steps per day compared to those using activity trackers. To ensure accurate tracking and stay on top of your program goals and challenges, we recommend replacing your device as soon as possible.
If you purchase a new Fitbit, do not create a new Fitbit account. Instead, add the new device to your existing account using your current Fitbit credentials.
To register a new device to your existing Fitbit account:
Step 1 - Open the Fitbit app and tap the Connected Devices icon located in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2 - Tap “Add more devices.”
Step 3 - Select your new tracker from the list and follow the prompts to connect it.
