What products are eligible for return?
- You may return a product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if it is dead on arrival, defective, or damaged during shipping.
- To start the return process, send an email to support@walkingspree.com with your order number, product description, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping instructions.
- For items damaged during shipping, we also require pictures of the packaging.
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, any defective product replacements will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty, depending on the brand:
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Does Walkingspree accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, changed mind, or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse or change of mind. All products are considered non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Can I return an item without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number?
No, all returns require an RMA number, which will be provided by support@walkingspree.com. This is necessary to track the return and process the refund efficiently.
