Fitbit Return Policy.
The best way to cancel a Fitbit order is to contact the Walkingspree Support Desk via email or chat immediately after placing your order. Please note that changes or cancellations can only be made if a shipping label has not yet been created.
If the device is defective, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns are only accepted if the product is dead on arrival, defective, or damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or change of mind. All Fitbit products are considered non-returnable unless they meet the conditions above.
If you’ve already received your Fitbit and the device is broken or not working properly, please contact Fitbit Support directly by completing the form at: https://support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp?sjid=14427499486407920261-NC.
Garmin Return Policy.
For Garmin devices, if you’ve just placed your order and wish to cancel or make changes, contact the Walkingspree Support Desk via email or chat as soon as possible. If a shipping label has not yet been created, the support team may be able to help with your request.
However, if a shipping label has already been generated, you’ll need to wait until the item has been delivered. Once it arrives, you can reach out to Walkingspree Support for assistance. To be eligible for return or replacement, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery.
If the Garmin device you received is broken or damaged, you may request a replacement through Walkingspree by emailing Support@walkingspree.com.
