Replacing Fitbits/Garmins

Fitbit Return Policy.

The best way to cancel a Fitbit order is to immediately contact Fitbit after your order has been placed.

Fitbit Phone: 877-623-4997.

Please provide them with the following information:

1. Full name.
2. The email address associated with your Fitbit account. This is VERY important.
3. Mention that you are registered with Walkingspree along with your company name.

If you want to change the size/color or cancel your order. You could notify Walkingspree, so we can make changes or process any refund if applicable.

Note: Changes to the order can only be completed if a shipping label has not been created for your order.

If you have already received your Fitbit Order and want it replaced
(Refer to our refund and replacement policy),you may contact Fitbit support. or you could contact the Walkingspree support for assistance at Support@walkingspree.com. 

Garmin Return Policy.

If you have just placed the order and want it canceled or make any change you may contact the Walkingspree support desk via email or chat. If a shipping label has not been created for your order at the time you contact the Walkingspree support team they will be able to assist you with your request.

However, If a shipping label has been created then you will have to wait until it is delivered. once your package has been delivered you may contact the Walkingspree support desk for assistance.

If the order has already been shipped, then you will need to have it replaced through Walkingspre. Once your order is received, if you need to replace it, please contact the Walkingspree support desk via Support@walkingspree.com.

Note: It is important that the box has been unopened and returned within 30 days.
