How Your Steps Travel to Your Walkingspree Account
We wanted to give you a little insight into how your steps make their way from your Garmin device to your Walkingspree account. It’s quite a journey, and along the way, there are a few points where the connection can sometimes get interrupted.
Here’s the step-by-step process your data follows:
- Steps Start on Your Garmin Device
– Every step you take is first recorded by your Garmin device. - Syncing to Your Garmin Account
– Your device then sends those steps to your personal Garmin account. - Transfer to Garmin Servers
– From your account, the step data is uploaded to Garmin’s servers. - Sending Data to Walkingspree
– Garmin’s servers then pass your step count over to Walkingspree’s servers. - Steps Appear in Your Walkingspree Account
– Finally, Walkingspree retrieves the data and updates your step count in your account.
💡 A Little Patience Helps!
Once your steps appear in your Garmin account, it can take up to 5 minutes for them to fully sync over to Walkingspree.
We hope this helps you understand the process! If you ever notice a delay, just give it a moment—it’s all part of the journey. 😊 🚶♂️
