How do I retrieve my password?

Forgot Your Password? No Worries, We’ve Got You Covered

Whether you’re using the Walkingspree Mobile App or our website, resetting your password is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below based on how you prefer to log in.

For the Walkingspree Mobile App:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Walkingspree app installed on your phone.

2. Open your Walkingspree mobile app.

3. Tap on "Already have an account? Log In" to start the login process.

4. Then, click on "Forgot your password?" — this will take you to the next screen.

5. Enter your Mobile Number, Email Address, or Username, and request a one-time login link.

06. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password. Tap on the link (if the email is not in the inbox folder, check the spam or junk folders)

07. Type the new password following the password rules, and hit Save. Tap on the Ok button to confirm the change

08.  Check your email for the email confirmation

You can simply go back to the login page and enter the updated credentials and log into the account.

For the Walkingspree Website:

If you prefer using the website, you can also reset your password with a one-time use link.

1. Simply use your Email Address, Mobile Number, or Username to locate your account.

2. Reset your password by visiting this link: Reset Your Password

03. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password. Tap on the link (if the email is not in the inbox folder, check the spam or junk folders)

04. Tap on the Start password reset option

05. Type the password you would like to change, scroll all the way below and hit the Submit button

06. Once the Password is changed you will get a confirmation on the top of the page and an email confirmation

Password Requirements:

When choosing your new password, make sure it meets the following criteria:

1. Length: At least 6 characters, but up to 16 characters are allowed.

2. Character Options: You can use letters, numbers, and special characters. The allowed special characters are:

   • _ . , @ $ - ! # % ^ & * ( ) ? + : ; { }
