Trouble Connecting Samsung Health with Walkingspree
Step 1: Update Samsung Health
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Search for "Samsung Health" in the search bar.
- Check if there's an option to update the app.
- If an update is available, make sure to install the latest version before continuing.
- Once updated (or if it's already up to date), proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Reinstall Walkingspree
- Uninstall the current version of the Walkingspree app from your device.
- Go back to the Google Play Store, search for "Walkingspree", and reinstall the app.
Step 3: Reconnect Samsung Health
- Open the newly installed Walkingspree app.
- Log in to your Walkingspree account.
- Navigate to the “My Devices” section and select Samsung Health.
- Follow the prompts to successfully link your Samsung Health data with Walkingspree.
