Christus Health - Walkingspree/Kudos FAQ

Walkingspree is a part of Christus Health's Kudos program. This allows Christus employees to earn kudos by syncing steps to Walkingspree. 

How do I earn Walkingspree points for KUDO? 

Walkingspree gives Christus employees points based on the number of steps they sync each day and, for taking part in the Walkingspree Challenges.

• 100 points will be awarded for walking 7000 steps daily for 20 days in a single month.
  
  
• Complete Walkingspree challenges and earn 1000 points per challenge (Maximum up to 4000 points per Quarter)

How can I redeem my Walkingspree points? 

Your points earned from the Walkingspree program automatically, once approved by the HR department they are added to your CHRISTUS account. In the first week of the month, you will receive points for the previous calendar month.

How Does Walkingspree provide steps to HealthCheck 360?

Walkingspree will be sending your step data each day hourly to the HealthCheck 360 app. If you do not sync your steps daily, then the steps will not be sent to the HC360 app. Anything that is synced on the next day and not on the same day will not be sent over to the HC360. Therefore, please make sure to sync your steps daily with the Wakingspree app.

Where Can I check My Points?

You can check your points in your HealthCheck 360 app under the Lifestyle rewards.

Points are paid out quarterly and will be based on the number of lifestyle rewards points you have earned in your HealthCheck 360.
