What can I return?
- You may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if it is dead on arrival, defective, or was damaged in shipping.
- Please email the order number, product description, and return reason to support@walkingspree.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping instructions.
- Items that were damaged in shipping also require pictures of the packaging.
If it has been more than 30 days from purchase, defective product replacements fall under the following manufacture product warranties:
When will I get my refund?
- Most refunds are fully refunded within 3-4 weeks after we receive your return. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method that was used during the purchase.
Does Walkingspree offer returns/exchanges for buyer remorse/changed mind/exchange?
- No, all products are non-returnable.
Will Walkingspree accept a refund without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number?
- No, all returns require an RMA # provided by support@walkingspree.com to track the return and provide a refund.
