I have returned my Fitbit order, where is my refund?
*To get a refund, you must immediately notify Walkingspree, and return your device within 30 days*
Did I cancel my order through A or B?
*The preferred method of return would be through Walkingspree*
If the answer is A, your refund should be automatically processed. If you don't see your refund within 7-10 days of sending your device in, please contact our Member Support Team through either Live Chat or Email at email@example.com
If the answer is B, please contact Walkingspree to inform us that you have returned your order through Fitbit. One of our Support Team members will confirm the return, and start processing your refund!
