I have canceled my Fitbit order, where is my refund?

If the answer is A, your refund should be automatically processed. If you don't see your refund within 72 hours, please contact our Member Support Team through either Live Chat or Email at support@walkingspree.com
If the answer is B, please contact Walkingspree to inform us that you have canceled your order through Fitbit. One of our Support Team members will confirm the cancellation, and start processing your refund!
*Fitbit does not process refunds, they must be processed through Walkingspree*
