Okay, this one can turn out to be a tough situation.
Sometimes, members accidentally link an old Fitbit account to Walkingspree, when that happens you'll be seeing steps on your Fitbit app, but none in your Walkingspree account.
There is a way around it though, just takes some time.
1. Log in to your INCORRECT Fitbit account at www.fitbit.com
*This is important, it MUST be the account that you don't want to be connected to Walkingspree*
2. Click on the gear symbol located at the top right of the screen, the "Settings"
3. Find the "Applications" tab, select it.
4. Find "Walkingspree Integration" and select "Revoke Access"
Now, log back into Walkingspree and link your correct and current Fitbit account. After that, you should be all set!
