To create a ticket:
- Click on the +Add tab in the top toolbar, then select Ticket.
- If the requester is an existing user, begin entering the user's name or email domain, in the Requester field and the relevant results appear. Select a user. If not Select Add user and update Name & Email address.
- In the Assignee field, click on Take it
- Fill in the Subject and Description
- Fill in the Ticket Fields
- Submit as Pending
