If this issue has happened within 30 days of purchasing the device, Walkingspree will take care of returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Walkingspree cannot replace Fitbits, Therefore you have to contact Fitbit at 1-877-623-4997 or via the form below to troubleshoot and request for a new Fitbit.

Please provide to them:
1. Full name.
2. Date you received your Fitbit
3. The email associated with their Fitbit account. (This is VERY important. Log in and out of Fitbit to ensure you are sending the correct email.)
4. State that you are in Walkingspree with your company name.
Fitbit customer service representatives will be happy to troubleshoot and/or replace as needed.
User Damaged Devices
If the Fitbit has been damaged by the user Fitbit does not support or provide out of Warranty repairs. Fitbit currently do not issue spare parts to third party vendors either.
