I have a Mac. I downloaded the program but then it stopped. The addtional screens didn't open up & there's no icon to right click. The above suggestion seems to apply to a PC, not a mac. This is very frustrating!

If you unplug your pedometer and it still says PC, hit the reset button on the back of the pedometer (it is a recessed button and you will need something small and pointy).

NOTE: Doing this will mean you will lose your last hour of steps.

When I attempt to upload I get an error message "Cannot access a disposed object. Object name 'firmViewProfile'.

We will be releasing Mac information documentation in the next few weeks. In the mean time, if you are having trouble with your Mac, it is best to create a ticket and a support rep will be happy to help you.

It says my pedometer uploads but when I get on my account it says I havent uploaded since my 1st month. Now my insurance is saying they are going to increase my insurance cost. When I go to other screens on the website it does show uploads they just aren't saving to the main screen. I need some help.

My pedometer doesn't display PC when plugged into my computer. The software is installed but nothing is happening. My computer is recognizing that the pedometer is plugged in because the "found new hardware wizard keeps coming up" & is searching for a driver. Please help me. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the software 3 times & the little oval with the running guy icon is showing up in my start menu. I have almost 7,000 steps to upload & don't want to lose them.

    Hi Carol,

Try a different USB cord or a different USB port. This is not software related, so downloading the software again won't resolve the issue. If trying different cords and ports don't work, please contact us directly as we may have to replace your pedometer.

Okay so mine will not upload either.  I have tried one computer vista and one computer windows seven.  I have attempted two different USB cords, and have gone to the start menu and went to the yellow folder to attempt upload, advice given from support over phone.  Nothing is working.  Can I be sent another pedometer please.

When I went to upload my steps, it is missing several days of data.  The amounts are still on my pedometer but did not upload to the computer.  I have walked and uploaded my steps everyday but not all of the steps are now showing.

I cannot download my pedometer.  When I try to finish my install to download the pedometer, it tells me that my name and/or password is incorrect.  I have reset my password so I know that it is correct.  I called and left a message but no one has called me back.

I have received an email from you stating I have not uploaded in a week & half. I have all my stats from the beginning of the walk thru today. Why is it not registering now??

I've never been able to get my pedometer to upload from home on my computer. When I plug my pedometer in, my computer keeps looking for a driver. I always have to upload at work. Any ideas to straighten this out?

The comments option in here is for participants to help each other if they know a solution to provide it to someone. For help with your own specific situation, it's important to create a ticket so we can follow up properly and have an going support ticket.

Travis; all your steps are showing up correctly in the site and you're doing great!

Dale: if you receive that error, you just need to close the software completely and run it again from your desktop/start menu. If an incorrect username/password was entered, it can cause this.

Shannel: please try a different computer USB port. Sometimes rebooting your computer helps as the USB port may have temporarily corrupted. If none of those work, there may be damage to the USB in the pedometer and please create a ticket at that point.

Lance; please create a ticket so we can follow up

Betsy - according to the logs there are no uploads at all for you. There is no pedometer linked to your account at all. Please create a ticket immediately so they can help you with the installation of your software.

Amy - we see all your steps on the website, so I think your situation must be resolved:)

Hi. I have never been able to upload my steps on my home computer. I've tried different cables, reset the software, etc. My workaround has been to just upload at work but this week I forgot & want to upload my steps over the weekend. I have added Walkingspree to my firewall also as an allowed program. When I plug my pedometer into the cable it doesn't show PC on the screen. I know it isn't the pedometer because I have no problem at work. Please help me.

When trying to open another page it states the program is already running

Has a virus on my computer and took it to be fixed.  While doing this they removed my walking spree software.  How do I get it back to download my steps??  My pedometer says PC but I have no software..PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!

Fershun, that is most likely related to Norton Antivirus/firewall blocking the software. We'll have one of our support reps get in touch with you.

I have uploaded successfully in the past but tonight my pedometer stopped loading at 60% and gave me an error message.  I unplugged the pedometer and tried again with no luck.  It is stuck on "P C".  I don't want to loose all the steps I have over the last two weeks so what do I do?  Yes, it has a new battery and in it's current mode, will not count new steps.  So I am dead in the water.  HELP!!!

I have tried closing the uploader and restarting it, and nothing happens.  In addition, when I unplug the pedometer from the computer, the PC display still remains on the pedometer, so it will not count my steps.

New port did not help and my PC recognized that the cable was plugged in. So, do I need a new pedometer and do I send you my old one for you to pull that data from?
