Fitbit Quick Fix: Missing Steps in the Walkingspree Mobile App
If you’re using the Walkingspree mobile app and notice that your recent steps are missing, try these simple troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check Fitbit for Steps
- Open the Fitbit mobile app or visit Fitbit.com on your browser.
- Verify your steps: If there are no steps on Fitbit, Walkingspree won’t be able to sync them.
Step 2: Log In on a Desktop
- Use a desktop computer to log in to Walkingspree.
Step 3: Check the Fitness Calendar
- Once logged in, check your Fitness Calendar on the Walkingspree desktop site.
- Sometimes, steps may be showing on the desktop site but not in the mobile app.
Step 4: Force Sync the Walkingspree App
- Open the Walkingspree mobile app.
- Force Sync by tapping the sync bar at the bottom of the app's dashboard.
