*This quick fix only pertains to members using the mobile Walkingspree app and are missing recent steps*
1. Verify you have steps in your Fitbit mobile app or at www.fitbit.com
2. Get on a desktop computer and log in to www.walkingspree.com
3. Check your Fitness Calendar to see if there may be steps on the desktop site, but just not on your app.
4. Force sync on your Walkingspree mobile app, but make sure that you are on a good internet connection.
*you can sync over wifi, or over mobile data, if you have a slow wifi connection
If none of these quick fixes were able to help, it looks like you may be dealing with a bigger problem.
