Fitbit Quick Fix Guide : Syncing Steps with Walkingspree
If your steps aren't syncing from Fitbit to Walkingspree, try these quick troubleshooting tips!
Step 1: Verify Steps in Fitbit App
- Open the Fitbit app on your mobile phone.
- Check Your Steps: Make sure Fitbit is tracking your steps correctly.
Important: Walkingspree cannot get your steps unless Fitbit tracks them first!
Step 2: Force Sync Your Fitbit Account
How to Sync on Mobile:
- In the Fitbit app, go to the main dashboard.
- Pull down on the screen to refresh and force a sync.
How to Sync on Desktop:
- Visit the Fitbit website using your computer.
- Refresh the page in your browser to sync your steps.
Step 3: Force Sync Walkingspree App
How to Sync on Mobile:
- Open the Walkingspree app.
- On the Dashboard, tap the sync bar at the bottom to refresh your steps.
How to Sync on Desktop:
- Log in to the Walkingspree website.
- Refresh the page in your browser.
Helpful Tip:
Syncing may take up to 5 minutes on a stable internet connection.
