Open up your Fitbit account on your mobile phone (Fitbit app)
1. Verify that you have steps being tracked BY FITBIT.
*This is important, Walkingspree CANNOT get your steps unless Fitbit gets them first.
2. Force Sync your Fitbit account to make sure that your steps are completely accurate.
*this can be done on the app by pulling down the screen on the main dashboard, or on the desktop site by refreshing your browser.
3. Go into your Walkingspree App and Force Sync that as well.
*This is done on the app by tapping on sync bar on the bottom of the app's dashboard, or on the desktop site by refreshing your page.
Sometimes the syncs may take a while, please give it up to 5 minutes on a good internet connection to fully retrieve your steps!
