INSPIRE no steps on account

INSPIRE 1401 - If you have the most current software and are using the black or navy blue INSPIRE dongle to sync your steps, it make take up to 10 minutes for your steps to show on your account after a sync.

INSPIRE 1403 and 1407 - If you have the most current software and are using either the black navy blue INSPIRE dongle to sync your steps, your steps should show up on your account within 1 minute. EXCEPT for the first upload of the day, which has a 15 minute delay before the steps show on  your account.

To determine what model of INSPIRE you have - look on the back of your INSPIRE.

You must be within range of the dongle during the bluetooth pull. This takes place every 10 minutes, so you may need to be within range of the dongle for up to 10 minutes.The dongle must be accessible within 20 feet and not blocked by walls/doors, etc. Some members have also found that if they plug in their dongle into their docking station USB port, that it will solve the problems.

If you still do not see steps:

1. reboot your computer

2.. Confirm you have the software running - look in lower right taskbar of your computer for the INSPIRE software icon.

3. Do a forced sync by clicking Start Sync.

NOTE; If you are using a 1401 or 1403, your INSPIRE stores data in the internal memory every 15 minutes. Only steps that have been saved into the internal memory are available to upload to the website with a forced sync. This can explain why sometimes you may see more steps in your device then you see on the website (since the last 15 minute internal memory storage)

4. Confirm your INSPIRE dongle (black) is initialized (detected).
