Replacing your Fitbit with your software

It is VERY important if you purchase a new Tracker to replace your existing Tracker that you do not create a new Fitbit account in the process. During the device setup, please be sure to select EXISTING USER and login with your active Fitbit credentials.

    There isn't anything titled "Fitbit Connect" to open.

    Hi Lisa, Go to your profile, then click View Settings (the cogwheel). Next, click Settings. At this point you will see the add a New Device and continue to follow the steps. Hope this helps.
